The terms and conditions for participation in the Hamburg International Conference of Logistics are as follows:

Cancellations

We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at no extra charge if you are unable to attend the Conference for any reason, but would appreciate prior notice. Please call +49 40 42878 3525 or email: hicl@hicl.org. If you have to cancel entirely, please notify us in writing and we will acknowledge receipt. You will receive a refund less a 25% administration charge if we are notified before July 31st of the respective conference year. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable.

Personal Details

The personal data you supply will be handled in accordance with the current German Federal Data Protection Act. Your information will be held and used to register you for this Conference and to provide you with the relevant associated information. We may contact you with information about other conferences which we offer. You will only receive carefully selected and relevant information.

Publication of Proceedings

The proceedings of the conference will be published. In order for a paper to appear in the proceedings, at least one of the authors has to be registered for participation by May 31st of the conference year.

The Programme

We reserve the right to change the details of this event without notice. The programme is correct at the time of publishing. However, amendments to the content and/or speakers may occasionally be necessary for reasons beyond our control. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible. Where circumstances force us to cancel the event, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular event. We disclaim any liability for advice given or views expressed by any speaker at the event or in notes or documentation provided to delegates.

Payment

Payment for the event must be received within 30 days of registration or before the start of the event, whichever is sooner.
